We ship anywhere within AUSTRALIA and to most international destinations.
 

Processing Time:
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Limited drop items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods — we’ll keep you updated by email.
 

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
 

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
 

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to sort it out quickly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your setup. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
 

Returns:

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
     

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • If you’d like to swap for a different item, email us and we’ll guide you through the steps.
     

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned. Limited drop or custom-made pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
 

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
